It's Mother Goose Day!

This week in preschool, all of the children got to dress up as their favorite mother goose rhyme character!

So, of course Sam and Ruthie had to participate, so they dressed up as...

Mary Had a Little Lamb
and
Pat-a-Cake Baker's Sam

(and oh boy were they soooo cute! )

Little Ruthie as Mary Had a Little Lamb

Sam as Pat-A-Cake Baker Sam

At school, the kids paraded around the building to show off their costumes!

In Mrs. Lowe's class there is a little dog, the farmer in the dell, little kitten, mary quite contrary... and so on ( a couple of them I couldn't figure out)

This is the start of Sam's class (Mrs. Greene's Class)...
Rain Rain go away, Tinker Bell (?), Jack (from jack and jill) My cute little Baker Sam (who is acting silly dancing down the hallway), and another Mary with her lamb!
Too cute!

Once again, Sam being the class clown that he is!! :) Pretty sure he gets that from his daddy!

Mrs. Darlene's Class (who is so cute in her Itsy Bitsy Spider mask)

Now to Ruthie's Class (Mrs. Anita & Mrs. Lynn - 2yr. olds)... notice they are all bunched up... just like hearding cats!! :) Ruthie did great though!
I actually thought when she saw me she would run over to me, but she just held on to her rope and smiled and waved at me!
So sweet! :)

The end of the parade.... with sweet little Ruthie smiling at me!
When they went around the corner, she turned around, smiled, waved and said, "bye bye mommy!"

Such a cute and fun day! We always look forward to Mother Goose Week!
